We are working closely with a dedicated, loyal, successful dealership. They are committed to ensuring that all customers receive the best possible experience from their employees.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, confident
Service Advisor to join their team and build on their existing success. Our client's dealership is based near
Twickenham.

The Role

Efficiently liaise between the workshop and dealership
Managing invoicing, appointments for servicing or vehicle maintenance
Experience using Kerridge, CDK systems
Knowledgeable on the services and repairs required on customers vehicles
Building rapport with customers and being reliable to their needs
Experience in a customer facing background
Organised and exceed common goals
Abide by Health and Safety regulations and adhering to manufacture requirements
Full UK Driving License
Efficiently work in a team based environment

Package
A basic salary up to £27,000 with an excellent bonus structure (£40,000 OTE)

Hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturdays on a rotational basis
