Redlands House is a Registered Care Home in Hellesdon, Norwich specialising in Dementia. We are looking to recruit a Night Care Assistant to compliment our existing experienced team.


We currently have a full time Night Care Assistant position available

  • 3 x 10 hr shifts week 1 & 4 x 10hr shifts week 2 (average 35hr/week)
  • Shift pattern includes working every other weekend
  • Shift times 20:4507:00

We Offer our Night Care Assistants:

  • Excellent Rates of pay from £11.67 to £12.02 per hour
  • Bonus scheme for overtime shifts £10 weekdays/£15 weekends

Requirements:


  • Experience is not essential as we will support you with training and support
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition are absolutely essential.
  • You will also have compassion and have genuine empathy for the residents ensuring we treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
