A top 100 firm are recruiting for a junior and senior residential property lawyer to join their well established team in Oxfordshire.

The firm are based in the city and have regional offices across the Country.

They are ranked in the top tier of the _Legal 500_ for an array of practice areas, and are well-known as one of the leading firms in the Country.

Whilst being a corporate front runner, the firm are also very client focused. They have a reputation for bespoke advice and, for this reason, see clients returning time after time.

They have an incredibly low staff turnover for such a large firm and this ispartly to do with the
extremely competitive salariesand benefits packages provided, as well as the flexibility on offer (
2 or 3 days working from home).

The two roles offer uniquely different experiences. The junior role is an opportunity to join and develop with one of the leading national firms.

You will have exposure to training and one-on-one support from reputable lawyers (_Legal 500_ ranked) aswell as the opportunity to work on complex files for a high net worth client base.

The senior role gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running with the highly regarded team whilst taking more responsibility in the business development/marketing ofthe department.

You will also aid in the training and development of juniors, giving the opportunity to step up into a role with managerial aspects.
