Information Exchange Coordinator (Practice Exchange), part-time (14 hours a week), joining an International Children's Welfare Charity. Remote working from any location in the UK.
As the
Practice Exchange Coordinator (Information & Communications), you will work with the Programme Advisor - Practice Exchange, as part of the Practice Exchange Team, who are at the centre of the charities Theory of Change.
As the Information Practice Exchange Coordinator, you will be responsible for further developing, supporting, and coordinating practice exchange activities, facilitating the exchange knowledge and expertise, strengthening the global alliance of local organisations capacity to evidence impact and influence others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Programme Advisor to implement the practice exchange strategy, and the develop new practice exchange activities and products.
- Support Monitoring & Evaluation processes for the practice exchange portfolio and members' evaluation efforts
Support Practice & Learning with members and colleagues, developing practice exchange outputs, communications, and content such as;
- Multimedia outputs including video, visual summaries and briefing papers.
- Practitioner Guidance Papers, curating member content and drafting papers.
- Podcasts, developing scripts, facilitating and editing recordings.
- Webinars and online workshops, plan content, coordinate speakers, with delivery via Zoom to multilingual internal and external audiences and edit recordings.
- Coordinate production and publication of the above outputs, in liaison with external suppliers (includes proofreading, design, translation/interpretation)
- Work with the communications project team to develop communications strategies for our practice exchange outputs
- Proactively progress practice exchange activity via digital community platform
As the Information Exchange Coordinator (Practice Exchange) role, we are looking for you to have previous skills and experience in areas such as;
- Experience of using, developing practice exchange/knowledge management systems and tools, across both traditional and digital media.
- Experience of coordinating stakeholders through the whole practice exchange process, which includes systems and people.
- An understanding of the international development sector, knowledge of key issues in child protection and childcare, would be advantageous.
