Employability Tutor


LOCATION:
Liverpool


SALARY:
Negotiable


TERM:
Can offer Fixed term contract / Freelance
SHIFT/


WORKING HOURS:
Office Hours - Monday to Friday

ROLE SUMMARY:
Deliver classroom-based employability courses to the unemployed

The post holder will provide Teaching, Learning and Assessment to Learners whilst providing support and guidance to meet learning outcomes and improving soft skills in a flexible and appropriate manner.

Delivering engaging, creative lessons that include a variety of resources to meet all learning styles
Ensure that learners take part in suitable programmes for English and Maths
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners and employers engaged in the work placements
Adapting/developing appropriate learning materials
Participate in standardisation meetings
The average caseload will be between learners.


REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified to A1 Assessor Award/TAQA or equivalent preferred
Teaching qualification i.e. Cert Ed, PTLLS, CTILS or willing to work towards qualification
Clean Driving Licence
