About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established player in the Property sector based in Manchester city centre. Their operations span across the UK and they pride themselves on their professional and supportive work environment.
The duties of the office assistant will include
- Provide administrative support throughout the business
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Manage the team's schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Be the first point of contact to customers / front of house duties
- Handle correspondence and manage incoming calls.
- Keep office supplies in stock and place orders when necessary
- Maintain office files and documents in an organised manner.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Office Assistant should have
- Previous front of house / office manager / office assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A warm and bubbly personality
