Rubber Recycling Solutions, we are proud to be leaders in the waste tyre collection and disposal industry and offer services to customers in a range of different industries that generate waste tyres.


We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to work for an established tyre recycling company based in Hounslow.

The Job can be physically demanding.

The job role will include the following:

  • Driving a 3.5t Luton box van or XLWB Panel Van on an established collection route. Collecting tyres from customers such as tyre shops, garages, and car retailers and bringing them back to the main recycling facility in Hounslow.
  • Manually loading and unloading tyres onto and off the van.
  • Preparing and filling in waste transfer notes to be given to all customers.
  • Ensuring paperwork is filled in correctly.

Successful applicants will need:

  • To be physically fit as work is physically demanding.

Due to our company vehicle insurance, successful applicants need to be over the age of 27 and have had a valid and clean driving license for over a year.

  • Possess a good level of driving experience and skills
Successful applicant will receive full training.

PPE will be provided.


Successful applicant will be put on a 1-month probation period, if successful the applicant will be offered a full-time contract on a permanent basis with a generous productivity bonus available.

From £11.00 per hour
