Working as part of a team and being responsible to the Domestic Supervisor, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an excellent housekeeping services.

The main duties & responsibilities include:

Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned.
Carry out extra spring/deep cleaning tasks as required.
Assist in linen and clothing cleaning systems.
Use on site laundry and ironing equipment for internal laundry.
Implement infection control procedures.
Comply with health and safety regulations and fire policy.

You will need good communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with older people, some of whom are living with Dementia.

Ability to work comfortably in a Christian environment, operate within professional boundaries and within Older People Services Values are necessary prerequisites for the post.
