What does this role involve?
You will proactively take and maintain ownership of complaints until resolved.

You will carry out thorough investigations, identify and address each issue raised, deliver outcomes over the phone and provide complainants with a detailed written complaint response letter addressing their concerns.

A positive and organised approach is essential for this challenging but rewarding position.

Providing the highest level of customer service to our customers and supporter; this role requires versatility, attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, including letter writing, to aid in the resolution of escalated complaints at the earliest opportunity.

Ways of working and next steps:

Normal hours in this role are 40 hours per week with the working pattern of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The role is hybrid working 2 days a week at our Manchester office (M34 3SG) and 3 days remotely.

Stage 1 interviews will be held on 29 & 30 November 2023 via Teams.

Stage 2 interviews will be held on 4 & 7 December 2023 in person.
