We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our client based in Oldbury on a full-time, permanent basis.


Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working closely with the Board of Directors and the HR Department to provide professional secretarial and administrative support.


Duties of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Managing meetings and minute taking
  • Collating reports
  • Liaising with head office regarding meeting schedules
  • Managing company car fleet and fuel cards
  • Managing trave bookings including hotels, trains, flights etc
  • Looking after managers' diaries and holiday entitlement
  • Assist in planning company events
  • Administration of company credit cards
  • Manage company's stationary accounts
  • Dealing with charity donation requests
  • Approving invoices and submission of credit card expenses
  • General office duties such as ordering kitchen suppliers, post distribution, controlling the diary for meeting rooms, creating guest WIFI passwords etc
Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly the use of Microsoft packages.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Personal Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
