Description

The Radiology department prides itself in giving patients the best possible service. We are fast moving and very busy. The role is to provide a "front of house " service for patients attending for Radiology imaging. This includes X-ray, Ultrasound, CT and MRI as well as other specialist examinations.

The role also includes the booking and rescheduling of Plain X-ray appointments.

It is a varied and busy role and the post holder will be required to access not only the Radiology information system but also the hospital main patient system as well as our electronic requesting and texting service.

Full training will be provided.

We are looking for an very organized person who is able to deal with challenging situations in a professional manner and who is very capable in multi-tasking.

Flexibility is a plus for covering other sites or additional hours when required.

The clerical team work closely with the clinical staff and consultants in the department to achieve our goals and provide the best level of service we can to all our users.
