Up to 40,000 (dependant on skills and experience)

What you'll be doing:
- Coordination & alignment of a range of investigations across the Naval Ships business
- Visit, navigate and manage physically challenging areas and incident sites
- Support functional investigators in their enquiries and be an approachable and reliable point of contact for them to escalate matters where necessary
- Provide effective investigation support to all functional areas, including business continuity, security, health and safety, quality, ethics etc
- Investigation file management, report writing, evidence collection/logging and behaviour assessment in line with the BAE Systems Code of Conduct, Core Values and expected behaviours
- Engaging stakeholders and developing trusted and reliable working relationships across the business, not just within Naval Ships
- Driving change and improvement across the business
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience with using the PEACE model
- Ability to have meaningful conversations with people at all levels of seniority
Desirable:
- Health & Safety experience

This section of the business is expanding and you will be involved with spearheading changes to the culture of the wider business.
You will be liaising with various internal stakeholders around the wider business, so you will gain an awful lot of exposure.
