We now have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.Duties include:
- Receives and welcomes all guests or contractors and directs them appropriately.
- Manages the meeting room booking system
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for senior management
- Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Tracks stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assists colleagues whenever necessary
You'll have experience working in an office or customer services environment, and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
Your polite, friendly and positive attitude combined with essential office IT skills (including excel) make you a great fit for our team.
