Salary:

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our newly established implementation team.

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will work with clients to establish their needs, implement and test added value features and support them once they are up and running.


We do not expect you to have a technical background but would like you to be interested in technology and how it can help people, as well as being completely comfortable with using it yourself.

As an Implementation Coordinator you will:

  • Be a key representative of our business, providing client-facing liaison for our iaptus features from the start to the end of each mini project.
  • Collaborate closely with our current Implementation Coordinator and other teams across the business.
  • Work to meet business objectives and find creative approaches to ensure these are met.
  • Self manage your own backlog of work that you will prioritise and organise your own time to deliver these in the most effective way possible.
  • Implement, test and troubleshoot value added features using basic technical programming functions.
  • Produce documentation to support features, including information and help guides
  • Offer feature demos to help with the sale of features.

About You

  • You are personable, motivated, flexible and organised.
  • You are confident in building rapport with customers in order to build strong relationships.
  • You are a strong communicator with a close eye for detail.
  • You are an autonomous problemsolver with a strong work ethic.
  • You may not have worked in healthtech before but have a passion for helping people. and an interest in healthcare technology.

Skills and Experience

  • This is a role that works closely with our most vital customers so your customer service ability is important to us.
  • You'll be able to show how you have delivered work in a highly effective and efficient way, with particular attention to detail.
  • You'll be used to working to specific commercial objectives, being honest about what you can achieve and communicating this clearly.
  • You'll have good written and presentation skills, be fluent in English, and be happy to engage with customers on phone and video calls.

Hours and Location
The position is for a full time member of our team, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

Our teams have decided our place of work policy which guides all staff. We believe there is significant benefit from working face to face for our collaborative work. We also believe that other activities can be performed well away from the office.

As a general guideline, we believe effective communication and relationships are maintained by being in the office for around half your working time, and depending on the needs of the business and teams.

The role involves occasional travel.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
