Locum Childcare Lawyer / Senior Childcare Lawyer South East £ per hour Remote Working A Childcare Lawyer is required to join a large alternative business structure on a locum basis for an initial 3 months with the strong posibility of contract extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.

As a childcare lawyer your duties will include;

Undertakinga caseload of public care proceedings on behalf of one local authority.
Conducting advocacy is encouraged but you will receive training and support with this should you lack in experience in this area. Our client also has inhouse barristers who can undertakethe more complex advocacy and allow you time to focus on your cases.
You will be exposed to a real range of public care cases which will allow you to develop and grow as an experienced childcare lawyer. This firm is a progressive and organic organisationwhich will take time to invest in you and develop throughout the organisation. The role will be a remote working arrangement but you will have the opportunity to work from the Huntingdon office once or twice per week should you wish.
