The Role:


The account**:
Quality Assurance team - Peoples services: Maintaining standards for the development of products. QA team members ensure that the products customers receive consistently meet or exceed expectations, which helps boost brand reputation.


The Role:


  • You will maintain administration processes, practices and systems to ensure effective and efficient execution of duties, in line with defined SLAs.

Typical day to day:


  • To provide a HR advisory and support service to the business, HR Team, Line Managers and employees.

We want to hear from you if you have: (Skills/Experience/Qualifications):

  • Provide HR Help line Service to employees in line with defined SLAs
  • Support the HR Team providing basic HR service Provide first line policy advice to line managers
  • Responsible for resolving more complex administrative queries in line with defined SLAs and providing analysis and recommendations requested from customers and the HR Team
  • Coordination of performance management issues including poor performance, disciplinary and grievance
  • Support HR team projects or BU sponsored projects e.g. mobilisations, resizing projects, recruitment drives
  • Production of measures and key business reports as defined May demonstrate proficiency in an area of HR specialism e.g. reward, L&D, Recruitment May act as Team Leader, allocating and monitoring workflow within the team
  • Managing and developing others Computer literate
  • Microsoft Office and general systems knowledge Proven generalist / specialist HR experience Customer focus Communication
