Description:

Lockton is looking for an individual to join their progressive team of dedicated claims professionals in a broking environment.

The team in question provide advice and support to clients with regard to all things claims related.

They are passionate advocates on behalf of clients, conducting negotiations with Insurers, their solicitors and other third parties whilst advising clients and, where necessary, managing their expectations.

To have proven experience in the claims broking environment
To be willing to continue to develop knowledge and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internal and external to the company.
To be able to work in a high performing team
To be able to work to deadlines to help the team to achieve SLA's
To meet the agreed standards of Service, volumes and performance levels, in line with Key Performance Indicators.
To provide input and advice to clients on claims progress, manage expectations and support their needs.
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
The ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
To have proven experience in the claims broking environment
Be able to work to deadlines
Exposure to large, interesting clients & claims
Plenty of training including support towards gaining/maintaining formal qualifications
