Description
A fantastic opportunity to join a manufacturing organisation based in Andover, Hampshire.
The role is on a part time basis as their Senior Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of bookkeeping tasks and reportingdirectly to the Finance Director.


What will the Bookkeeper role involve?

  • Looking after purchase ledger including processing payment runs and obtaining payment authorisations;
  • Looking after sales ledger including uploading sales;
  • Credit control;
  • Monthly aged payables and debtors report;
  • Being a point of contact for operations team;
  • Bank postings and bank reconciliations;
  • Accruals and prepayments;
  • Raising commission credit notes;
  • Processing and paying staff expenses.
  • Experience with a broad level of accounting;
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting terms and concepts and understanding of finance regulations and legislation;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong Excel skills.
