FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH A MARKET LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENCY

Basic salary £25-32,000 depending on experience £30/35,000 OTE
My client, an independent
Estate Agency are looking for a
Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of
1 years+ Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard working
Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:

Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout South East London and Kent
Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
Liaising with lettings negotiators across the branch network
Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals
Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
Handling tenancy deposit returns
Recovery of rent arrears
Service of notices, S21 and S8

The individual will have:

Ideally experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
Professional approach and appearance

This role is 5 days a week 8.30am - 6pm to inclulde saturdays on a rota 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu._
