Commercial Handler
Wells
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE


Responsibilities:


  • Phone calls, inquiries, and requests are triaged and handled as needed.
  • Determine and implement crossselling opportunities and activities for new and existing customers.
  • Handle insurance claims for all customers within your authority.
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with customers and the Agency team.
About you

  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be able to solve problems on your own, using your own initiative and judgement.
  • Honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence are required.
  • Have strong IT skills.
  • Customer service and sales abilities
  • Have a basic understanding of insurance.
