Workshop Operative

Rackheath, Norwich
Immediate Start

Hales Group are seeking a Workshop Operative to support our client with a varied range of tasks in Rackheath, Norwich.

Main duties include;

Ensure a high standard of quality production with continuous improvement
Comply with all aspects of the Health and Safety procedures at all times, ensuring any concerns are brought to the attention of the Workshop Manager without delay
Ensure that all defined personal protection equipment is utilised within the workshop or for the safe use of hand held tools e.g. hand routers, grinders, etc
Support, assist and work with the Workshop Manager and other machine operators / finishers, CAD designers and other production operatives in a positive constructive manner

In order to be considered for this role you will ideally hold;

Previous experience in production and assembly
Have a proactive and conscientious work attitude
Must have a flexible approach to working hours

HOURS:
Mon - Fri 7:00am - 5:00pm

DURATION:
Temporary to permanent opportunity

LOCATION:
Rackheath, Norwich

PAY RATE:
£DOE
