The Finance Manager wants to bring someone in with fresh ideas and who is happy to challenge him with ways to improve processes or procedures.

He truly believes 'there is no I in team' and wants the team to be at the forefront of the company's success.

You will be supporting the team with the day-to-day transactional accounting to start off with.

However, due to the projected growth for the business in 2024, you will be able to get involved with management accounts/month-end as soon as the first quarter.
