Job purpose

  • To assist with administrative support to the Anthem National Team.
  • To support Anthem in the delivery of its objectives, taking responsibility for the implementation of core business processes.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • General administration including handling of post, taking phone calls, monitoring of shared inboxes, ordering of stationery, ordering of catering, printing of training resources.
  • Administrative support to the Anthem National Team in the work areas of the Anthem Institute, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) the Lincolnshire Research School and the Kyra Alliance

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with or escalating queries and requests relating to the above workstreams.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures pertaining to the above workstreams are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining financial databases and raising /requesting purchase orders as necessary.
  • Maintaining up to date information on websites and internal platforms. This will include, but is not limited to SharePoint, ECT Manager, EDT ECF Portal, Lincolnshire Research School website and various Excel databases.
  • Assisting team members with the collection of data and information and maintaining databases.
  • Assisting with defined inputs to support the team in the coordination and delivery of projects, and/or operational delivery projects. Provide administrative support to the team's initiatives as allocated.
  • Developing and maintaining close working relationships with the other team members, internal/external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure that information is effectively shared and communicated.
  • Supporting team members in the coordination and planning of internal and external meetings and events. This includes scheduling meetings, venue booking, refreshment and lunch booking, preparation and circulation of papers and maps as necessary and arranging travel/accommodation to ensure meetings run smoothly.
  • Attending and minute meetings as appropriate.
  • Supporting with the coordination and formatting of materials following Anthem's brand guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, meeting papers, policies, newsletters, marketing booklets.
  • These duties and responsibilities should be regarded as neither exhaustive nor exclusive as the post holder may be required to undertake other reasonably determined duties and responsibilities commensurate with the grading of the post._
