This is a temporary role to support with the backlog of HR documentation and maintenance of the HR database. You will be working within a small team and supporting the HR manager directly.Client Details

Description
The HR Assistant (Part Time) will be responsible for:
- To ensure HR data is kept updated on all relevant systems.
- To ensure documentation, files and systems are uptodate and accurate in
- To assist in recording sickness / absence and monitoring attendance,
- To assist with recruitment of staff, including placing of advertisements in
- To prepare and process written offers, contracts, new starter documentation
- To obtain relevant preemployment checks including references, proof of
- To help organise staff training where required
- To maintain record staff training, appraisals
- Preparation of acceptance of resignation letters, organising exit interviews
- To ensure payroll have required information for monthly input
- To assist with daytoday operational HR matters, e.g. organising
- To be able to advise on HR processes to managers.
- To follow health and safety guidelines as per Flint House policy.
- To maintain confidentiality as required by responsibility of post.
- To undertake training and updates relevant to the role.
- To attend mandatory training as required.
- To take an active role in the constant development of the HR department
- To undertake any other reasonable task requested by senior / line
Profile
The ideal HR Assistant (Part Time) will have the following skills/qualities:
- Demonstrable experience within HR Administration duties
- Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of GDPR and how it applies to this role
- High level organisational and administrative skills, with a problemsolving attitude
- Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Immediately Available
Desirable qualities:
- CIPD Qualified
- Up to date HR legislation knowledge
- DBS clearance
