The key factor we are looking for in this position is drive and ambition to get stuck into a heavy phone related sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Possess indepth knowledge of the service offered and be able to conduct meetings
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executivelevel presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the property or property management industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
