Business Development Manager

£35,000 - £40,000 OTE £75,000 - £100,000

The key factor we are looking for in this position is drive and ambition to get stuck into a heavy phone related sales role.

You will be working within a young team with a great family vibe.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess indepth knowledge of the service offered and be able to conduct meetings
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executivelevel presentations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the property or property management industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle
