Description
Our Client is located on the outskirts of Monmouth, they are a residential home for adults with learning disabilities.


They have vacancies becoming live in the next 3 weeks for Support Workers to support their residents who are adults with learning disabilities.


You will be supporting in a modern home that has 6 residents, promoting independence, adhering to car plans, identifying the interest of the residents, going into the community, shopping bus trips in the local area, prompting meds, element of personal care.

You will receive excellent pay £550 + per week, free DBS, free training, 24 hour agency support.
