Wild Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with Yorkshire Ambulance Service to support recruitment for 111 Call Handlers.
Although experience within a customer service position will be advantageous, you will also need basic computer skills and a great telephone manner.
You will be the first point of contact for the general public calling 111, delivering a high quality, safe and clinically effective health care support over the telephone.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
- You must be available for 12weeks without any upcoming holidays
- A flexible approach to working hours
- ALL ROTA'S will include 3/4 weekends and 6/8 bank holidays
- Weekdays 7am to 8pm £ hour
- Nights 8pm to 7am and Saturdays £ hour
- Sundays and Bank Holidays £ hour
