Insurance Claims Handler


Barker Munro Recruitment are working with a traditional UK based insurance broker who are currently looking to recruit a claims handler into their Kent office.


As an Insurance claims handler, you will be tasked with providing a professional claims service to clients regarding their claims.

This would be regarding new claims, claim issues or just keeping the client updated on the status of their claim at appropriate intervals.

You will be exposed to all lines of claims in this role general claims such as Motor, Property, Liability and goods in transit.

Managing a caseload of claims you will work closely with management and will be expected to attend face to face meetings with clients.


To be considered for this insurance claims opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate motor claims knowledge from within the UK insurance market or knowledge and exposure in other areas of claims such as Liability or property, but in case, full training will be given to you.


The office offer a hybrid working model, after training, with flexible working from home and the rest in the office with the team.
