Responsibilities:


What you'll be doing

  • To complete, delegate and coordinate quality monitoring and internal audits across the Customer Services department ensuring that each team has agreed and met targets in line with the risk register and internal and external requirements.
  • To take part in and review quality assurance processes within NHBC Customer Services to assess compliance by individuals and ensure that all work is undertaken in a consistent, accurate and efficient way.
  • Take ownership where necessary for improvements, actions, and communication to help in raising quality within the department.
  • Provide relevant feedback to Managers and Trainer in relation to focus, training and development needs for teams and individuals, and support with coaching where necessary.
  • In the absence of management proactively and effectively take on team management responsibilities including administration, development, attending meetings and any other essential tasks that contribute to BAU and mínimal disruption to colleagues.
  • A professional individual with a logical and measured approach to tasks.
  • Good communication skills written, questioning, listening and verbal including the ability to provide. constructive feedback, adapt to different people and challenging situations.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and organised.
  • Investigative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactively seeks solutions to provide support at all levels.
