This exciting HR Officer permanent role is to be part of an exciting and growing manufacturing and production business located in Milton Keynes who are looking for an individual with prior practical HR experience and studying CIPD.
Description
HR Officer Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee records, such as vacations, absences and disciplinary action.
- Lead performance management processes.
- Provide HR guidance and advice to managers and staff.
- Maintain and update internal HR systems.
- Provide support for HR projects.
Profile
HR Officer Requirements:
- Professional CIPD qualification, preferably Level
- Proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
