We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, to join us on a fixed term basis for a period of 6 months.

We are looking for a qualified ER professional to join a high performing, forward thinking, adaptable team, someone who thrives on keeping up with the fast-paced environment and changes within the business as we grow.

As a Senior ER Advisor at Principality, you collaborate with our other People Centres of Excellence as well as leaders across the business, to deliver proactive, pragmatic, creative ER Advice and solutions.

Operationally you will be hands on and actively support employees and managers across a broad range of ER related areas.

What we'll do for you:

Hybrid/Flexible working pattern from day 25 days annual leave (increased 1 day per year of service up to 30 days).
