Assistant Manager | Ringwood | £23,000 + Bonus
You will be the Assistant Manager for a great fashion store with a well known brand.

You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively & support the Store Manager.

You will be creating an exceptional environmentfor customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

You will be managing and controlling customer service and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business aremaintained.


Assistant Manager Responsibilities:


  • Lead and develop the team in store
  • Drive performance and sales goals
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
  • Work along side your team to deliver excellent customer service

Experience and background:


  • Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager or Assistant Manager level.
  • Working within a fashion or accessory environment
  • Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance

In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary of up to
£23,000 plus a generous perks package.
