About the Role


We currently have an exciting vacancy within our team to enable us to continue to build on our success and bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.

The purpose of the role is to provide an effective project support for the Homes for Ukraine team.

We are looking for someone who is able to deal with customers and partner agency enquiries on a day-to-day basis and provide support for the Homes for Ukraine project team.

We want someone with 1-2 years' experience in a similar project support role and who has experience in developing effective working
_ _relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to support the delivery of support for Ukrainian refugees.


About you
Knowledge of project administration practices and processes, data protection principles, safeguarding and housing legislation is desirable.

Experience in utilising IT software packages such as Microsoft Office outlook, word and excel is essential.


You must possess the skills and ability to use spreadsheets to produce data accurately and efficiently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet the needs of the team, using Outlook, excel spreadsheets and physical inboxes to manage work effectively and efficiently.
