Tradewind are recruiting Are you a qualified teacher of Maths and Business looking for temporary supply work in south Manchester?


Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a proficient Maths or Business teacher to join a mixed grammar school in Trafford.


The role is to cover a paternity leave in February in the business - including teaching A level Business Studies in the sixth form.

The large maths department are also looking for new maths supply teachers for various day to day cover requirements

The Role

Teacher of Mathematics to GCSE and/ or Business studies to A level

Positive confident classroom management skills with a focus on Assessment for Learning.


The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching to students aged 11 to 18.


The school are ideally looking for someone free full time but would also like to hear from teachers who can offer three or four days availability a week.

  • Hold QTS Status or QTLS or equivalent further education qualifications such as PGCE14+ or Certificate of Education
  • Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
