Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and filing
- Type and proofread documents
- Assist in data entry tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Dealing with finance changes, raising monthly invoices, funding and payment chasing
- Social Media and Marketing
- Ensuring all nursery documents are kept up to date with the latest legal requirements
- Working closely with the nursery Manager and Owner to ensure a smooth daily routine
- Archiving documents in line with GDPR and retention guidelines
- Organising paper work for recruitment.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and visits
- Making and answer phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain electronic and paper files
- Assist with the preparation of reports
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
