Description

Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying and filing
  • Type and proofread documents
  • Assist in data entry tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Dealing with finance changes, raising monthly invoices, funding and payment chasing
  • Social Media and Marketing
  • Ensuring all nursery documents are kept up to date with the latest legal requirements
  • Working closely with the nursery Manager and Owner to ensure a smooth daily routine
  • Archiving documents in line with GDPR and retention guidelines
  • Organising paper work for recruitment.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and visits
  • Making and answer phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Assist with the preparation of reports

Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
