£13.58 per hour

37.5 hours per week

8:30am - 4:30pm - excellent work life balance

The opportunity:

Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Assistant, based in Ty Coch Nursing Home, Cardiff.

To support the Facilities Department in the management of the building and facilities.
Be observant for Health & Safety issues and ensure that they are rectified, made safe and reported to management.
Carrying out daytoday duties according to daily schedules, including but not limited to; maintaining and keeping of lawns, hedges, shrubbery,and plants. Support with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of external areas and other related general maintenance.
Being proactive by noticing deficiencies in the sites facilities and either rectifying if within capabilities or bringing the defect to the attention of the Facilities Manager.
Any other duties as assigned by the Home Manager that relate to maintaining the facilities in a clean, functional and aesthetically pleasing state.
