Graduate Project Administrator


Yolk Recruitment are excited to be working closely with a global and leading Manufacturing company to find a driven and experienced Graduate Project Administrator, to join their team near Hereford.


What you'll be doing?

  • Be the first point of contact for internal team members and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain all documents and databases needed including inventories, spreadsheets etc.
  • Manage any customer visits to site, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other teams to support order requests are fulfilled on time
  • Monitor and update any scheduling and changes
  • Ensure all databases and systems are accurate and kept up to date, alongside various other administrative tasks when required
  • Support in the development and implementation of processes, procedures and templates within the team and department

The experience you'll bring to the team
As a friendly Graduate Project Administrator, you will have previous experience in an administrative role with a keen eye for detail


You will also have:

  • A background within a manufacturing or regulated environment would be preferred but is not essential.
  • Confidence in working with demanding timeframes and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, written and IT skills, including basic packages and confidence in picking up new systems and databases
  • Passion and experience in providing excellent customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with people on all levels

By being a Graduate Project Administrator, you will receive a salary between £23,000 - £25,000 depending upon experience, alongside:
