This Building Services Design specific consultancy are now looking to complement their Manchester office with a BIM MEP Manager They would also consider someone at Senior MEP Coordinator level who is looking to make the step up soon.

This multi-award-winningcompany specialises in Building Information Modelling, digital design engineering (Revit & MagiCAD MEP) and sustainable building services design through Building & Energy Modelling (IES VE).

With around 30 members of staff in their overall; all working towards a common goal, you will be part of a specific team working on a sound range of local and national projects, joining a close-knit team of 7 building and energy modellers and Revit Technicians.

  • Proven Building Services Design experience working in a BIM MEP role.
  • Someone who is able to deliver live projects as well as look after the IT & BIM Management side of the business.
  • Experience working on a range of projects independently.
  • Able to lead and manage small teams.
