Great opportunity for a marketing coordinator wanting to get into the event industry.

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a London based membership organisation.

THE ROLE:
As Event Coordinator you will be supporting a busy event team, providing administration and operational support

Your role will include:
- liaising with delegates
- website updates
- badge and registration admin
- bookings and joining instructions
- event attendance
- creation of events on CRM and Events Booking Engine

YOU:
To be successful in this Event Coordinator role you MUST have:

previous marketing or event experience

- significant experience working with marketing database technology
- strong written and verbal communications skills
- understanding of the London business community
- ability to work in central London offices three days a week.
