£19,578.00 per annum, pro rata
32.5 hours per week
32.5 hours consists of early shifts (06:45 to 13:45) and late shifts (13:45 to 20:45)

If you're sensitive to people's needs and passionate about exceptional service, it starts with you.As a Receptionist at our Hereford Hospital you'll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You're also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that's clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.
As a Receptionist, you will:
Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
Put people at ease when they visit reception.
Answering Reception & Switchboard calls and directing those calls to the right department/s.
Welcome patients, in person, and directing them to the appropriate waiting rooms.
Crucially, you will also help the department run smoothly by preparing paperwork, referral forms and charge sheets, plus terms and conditions.
