Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of the investment team, assisting with various critical tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of investment operations.
Assisting in the maintenance and management of investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Collaborating with senior administrators to facilitate timely and accurate trade processing.
Preparing investment reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Analysing financial data and market trends to support investment decisionmaking processes.
Responding to client inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Assisting in compliancerelated tasks and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A basic understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and financial instruments is advantageous.
12 years of financial services experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with great attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
