Mason

Permanent, Full Time at 40 hours per week

£31,422 (plus 5% multiskilled enhancement once probation passed)

The role offers:

Working alone or as part of a team you will undertake duties of a mason on building maintenance and improvement work including indoor and outdoor plastering, roofing works, fencing and rendering
You will be included in our out of hour's service with the additional benefit of overtime and of a 5% multiskilled salary enhancement, which includes the emergency call out standby allowance.
The role requires the ability for the post holder to hold basic skills in various trade disciplines
Ensure works provided are of the highest quality, efficient and good value for money for our customers

Qualifications and Experience

You will hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification in the relevant trade
You will have previous experience of a wide variety of masonry maintenance works and of working in occupied domestic properties
Experience in providing excellent customer service and developing relationships

Have good customer service skills along with good interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
