  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
  • Provide support in managing office supplies and inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
  • Utilize Google Suite tools for various administrative tasks
This is an apprentice position, so no prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in an office environment. Training will be provided. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to develop your skills, we encourage you to apply.


Person specification


We are looking for a full time all year around admin apprentice for our warm friendly independent school based in West London.

The position is full time which you will do alongside studying for your level 3 in business administration. This is a job that is fun, busy and with opportunities to move up.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Eligibility

  • To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
