We are recruiting for a Technical Lead to join the QC Microbiology & Biochemistry team based at our ARC facility, near Penicuik, EH26 0BF.

The role is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent position with flexible working options.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a coach to support training and development of team members and other employees within a learning environment
  • Interpreting internal or external issues and recommends solutions / best practices as input on resource planning and policy development

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong technical skills and display the ability to identify and interpret data trends to drive action in related areas
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, plus relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Quality Control desirable
