Job specification:
- Answering phone calls and passing on messages to the Admin and Advisers
- Booking annual reviews with clients
- Preparing client packs for annual reviews and adhoc meetings
- Build relationships with the clients and assist with queries
- Processing and managing letters of authorities and chasing the providers for the information
- Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
- Assist with seminars preparation where required
- Reporting to the Administration Manager
Person specification:
- Experience working in an administrative or team capacity
- Excellent verbal communication skills telephone and written word
- Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Adaptable to changing procedures
- Time management
- Organisation and prioritisation
- Attention to detail
