Job specification:


  • Answering phone calls and passing on messages to the Admin and Advisers
  • Booking annual reviews with clients
  • Preparing client packs for annual reviews and adhoc meetings
  • Build relationships with the clients and assist with queries
  • Processing and managing letters of authorities and chasing the providers for the information
  • Setting up internal meetings when requested by management
  • Assist with seminars preparation where required
  • Reporting to the Administration Manager

Person specification:


  • Experience working in an administrative or team capacity
  • Excellent verbal communication skills telephone and written word
  • Very good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Adaptable to changing procedures
  • Time management
  • Organisation and prioritisation
  • Attention to detail
