- Take and distribute incoming calls
- Help with booking travel
- Assist with processing expenses
- Set up and booking meetings
- Order train tickets, book restaurants, order taxis
- Input timesheets
- Help with any IT issues
- Arrange catering for lunches or meetings
- Printing/Scanning
- Supporting with the billing process
- Format documents
- Arranging couriers and organise any post
About you:
- Administrative experience
- Proficient using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- A team player
- Good communication skills
- GCSE's in English Language and Maths
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
