With five hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London's bustling West End, we're looking for experienced, vibrant and energetic people to join our growing family.

The Handyman job will involve
Visiting sites and perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance, and painting/decoration/general fixes of rooms, corridors, and guest areas.

Carry out in high standard repairs and maintenance to the hotels building, its facilities, infrastructure, and equipment including plumbing, joinery, electrical, painting, tiling, resealing.

Performing preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.

Undertake fundamental Health & Safety checks as required and maintain records accordingly.

Managing the building PPM.

To adhere to safety regulations, company policy, and company standards.

Daily/weekly building checklists including all public areas and all plant rooms.

Weekly Fire alarm testing.

Report all works to the Maintenance Manager.

Responding to emergency maintenance requests as required

Job Requirements
The ideal Handyman will have previous experience preferably in a hotel.

Work using your own initiative and proactive ability to work under pressure.

Be able to provide great customer service.

Presentable appearance.

Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Keen attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
