Our client is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Office Administrator to support their team in day-to-day operations.

The successful Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organising office activities, and ensuring the efficient flow of information within the company.


Office Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Maintains office supplies inventory and places orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organises and schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Maintains accurate and uptodate records and databases.
  • Provides administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Assists in coordinating office events and special projects.
  • Upholds confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Office Administrator Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
