SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

WEST YORKSHIRE

UP TO £95,000


This prestigious role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM manager to take on new challenges for a well-known banking company.


THE COMPANY


The company are a well known credit card company, and part of a wider group with over a hundred years of history improving people's lives financially, taking pride in putting the customer first and enhancing the user's money management.


THE ROLE
The day to day of the role will involve:

  • Taking responsibility for their existing customer marketing plan for existing customers
  • Work alongside the marketing and insight team
  • Ensure key metrics, especially customer engagement, are hit
  • Identifying new opportunities to engage with existing and previous customers
  • Improve commercial value using segmentation and datadriven decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Credit Risk and the Commercial team
  • Help optimise the marketing budget and increase efficiency

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need:

  • Experience within the credit cards or personal loans space
  • CRM background, ideally a manager
  • Several years' experience, ideally 5+
  • Strong experience with CRM tools
  • Strong people management
  • Expertise in segmentation
  • Stakeholder skills
