  • The Senior Coordinator will provide high quality leadership skills and project support to the Changing Futures Delivery Team.
  • About You
  • You'll demonstrate:
  • Assist the Team Manager with the management of the day-to-day planning and operational delivery of the three My Team Around Me Cohorts working with delivery partners and wider stakeholders-
  • Assist in development of operational procedures and practice for client identification, engagement, assessment, support and safety planning in line with the My Team Around Me model as this develops-
  • Support the development of the approach for working with each of the three CF priority client groups
  • What's Changing Futures all about?

Second Step is the lead agency in a partnership of organisations, chosen by Bristol City Council to deliver the DLUHC Changing Futures programme one of 15 areas nationally.

  • This ambitious new programme will support people facing multiple disadvantage, including discrimination, homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health, drug and alcohol and interactions with the criminal justice system.
  • The programme's aims are:
  • To improve the way that local systems and services work for people experiencing multiple disadvantage who are traditionally not well served by services
  • To use the learning from this to influence future government programmes and policy
  • Promoting equality and diversity and coproduction with people with lived experience are central to the programme.
  • Closing date: 20th April 2023
  • Interview date: tbc
  • The ability to travel to several appointments daily (including in rural areas with limited/ unreliable public transport) is essential
